Villas avec Parking à Nice

"Das Haus und die Lage waren ein Traum. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager und ein Kind in dem Haus und hatten genügend Platz. Die Lage ist ruhig und ca 20 min mit Auto Nizza Innenstadt entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen"

"An der Unterkunft gab es nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Der Service der Verwaltung des Hauses war sehr schlecht. Die Weg Beschreibung zum Haus war nicht detailliert genug, wir musste etwas suchen, da es keine Hausnummer zu dem Haus gab. Dann war die Beschreibung zum Öffnen des Tores schlichtweg falsch und wir mussten über die Mauer klettern um ins Haus zu gelangen und das Tor zu öffnen. Die Dame von İnterhome konnte/wollte nicht ans Telefon und kommunizierte nur über WhatsApp, was die Sache nicht einfacher machte , da der Empfang von Bildern nicht durchging. Wären wir nicht über die Mauer geklettert hätten wir über eine Std kein Zugang zum Haus gehabt. Der Service bin İnterhome in Nizza war schlicht gesagt nicht Serviceorientiert und sehr schlecht ."

"The villa is located on the side of a hill, with views overlooking Villefranche Sur mer and Cap Ferrat. Absolutely stunning location. The villa has 4 huge double rooms with ensuites, a huge sitting room kitchen. Every single room in the house points out to the amazing bay view. Beautiful garden with pool and hot tub again pointing over the bay views. The pool area had a kitchen area with fridge and table chairs and seats, as well as sunbeds. That's where we spent most of the day. Roughly about €10 and 6 minutes into Villefranche Sur mer town which has some beautiful bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. About 25 mins and €20-30 to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. About 30 mins and €30-40 to/from airport. About 20 mins and €20-30 to Nice city centre. About 8 mins and €10 to a big Carrefour supermarket. Super location. Fantastic views. One of the best weekends we've in years."

"Property was lovely, well maintained, in a good location and in a good condition. The property has good facilities and the pool is clean and there are plenty of places to sit outside and by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped. It was clear that this is a new rental, and some thought needs to be given as to some of the points below."

"There were a few problems. 1. There were two cats that live by the property and despite what we were told by the agents when we arrived, the cats are clearly used to coming into the property. The first afternoon of our holiday a neighbour came into the garden to feed the cats - without us knowing about it, and he told us that he was going to do that twice a day. We complained, and the owner eventually came to take the cats away, as we did not want somebody wandering about. 2. The house had no basic food items at all. It would have been nice if we did not need to go out and buy all basics, such as salt, olive oil, pasta etc. Most rentals have at least some basic items, and you generally replace what you use. 3. There was no guide how to use things in the house. There were a number of things that we discovered during our stay (such as where the washing machine was - which was in a locked room - which opened with the main front door key - discovered by chance), and a little booklet with practical information would be very sensible."
